What is BODYART?

BODYART is a holistic functional training performed barefoot on the mat, which has its root in the 5 Elements of the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine): Earth, Wood, Fire, Metal, Water.

BODYART is a perfect balance between multiple qualities: strength, flexibility, dance & martial arts, therapy and breathing techniques. The BODYART Training always focuses on the wholeness of body, mind and soul, without any spiritual or religious background.

The exercises are all therapeutically and functionally tested. Due to regular exercises many health improvements are achieved.

Therefore BODYART has already achieved prices several times in the U.S. and so far it is the only training that has made the leap from Europe to the U.S. and not vice versa.

The BODYART training is divided into training levels 1-3. Level 1 is the BASIC of BODYART training and it teaches you to become an instructor. In addition to the teaching techniques, you will gradually learn the positions and exercises and combine them into sequences.
